At Vault RNG LLC, customer satisfaction is important to us. Due to the collectible nature of many of our products, certain items are not eligible for return. Please review this policy carefully before making a purchase.
In-Store Purchases
Most new and unopened merchandise may be returned within 14 days of purchase with the original receipt for a refund to the original payment method or store credit.
To qualify for a return, items must:

Be in new, unused condition

Be in original packaging

Include all original parts, accessories, and materials

Be accompanied by a valid receipt or proof of purchase
Returns requested after 14 days may be eligible for store credit at the sole discretion of Vault RNG LLC.
Online Purchases
Most new and unopened merchandise purchased through our website may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
To initiate a return, contact us (vaultrng@gmail.com) before sending any merchandise back.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

The wrong item was shipped

The item arrived damaged

The item is defective upon arrival
Returned items must be received in original condition before a refund is issued.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Sealed Card Products
Unopened and factory-sealed card products may be returned within 3 days of purchase or delivery provided:

Factory seals remain intact

Packaging is unopened and untampered with

Proof of purchase is provided
Vault RNG LLC reserves the right to inspect all returned sealed products before approving a refund.
Collectibles, Figures & Model Kits
Unopened figures, statues, action figures, model kits, and collectibles may be returned within the applicable return period.
Opened collectibles, figures, statues, model kits, and similar products are generally not eligible for return unless defective.
Minor cosmetic imperfections in packaging, including dents, creases, shelf wear, or manufacturer packaging variations, do not qualify as defects.
Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Orders
If an order arrives damaged, missing items, or contains incorrect merchandise, customers must notify Vault RNG LLC within 48 hours of delivery.

Failure to provide documentation may result in denial of the claim.
Condition Policy
We do not guarantee conditions on ALL CARDS (raw, vintage, graded, or modern cards). All cards are sold "as is." Please inspect cards carefully before purchasing.
Defective Merchandise
Defective merchandise reported within 14 days of purchase or delivery may qualify for replacement, exchange, store credit, or refund at our discretion.
Manufacturer defects occurring after use may be subject to the manufacturer's warranty and policies.
Preorders
Preorder deposits are non-refundable.
Customers may cancel a preorder before the product ships and receive store credit unless otherwise stated on the product page.
Once a preorder item has shipped, it is subject to the standard return policy.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
Refund timing may vary depending on your financial institution.
Fraud Prevention
Vault RNG LLC reserves the right to:
